On Sunday August 1st under Judge Robert Shreve at the AKC shows in Calgary; Dutch won WD, BOW for 4 points co-owner handled by Lisa Zimmer.

'Spike' ~ Asuncion N Samson's New Start
On Saturday July 31st at the Alberta Kennel Club show under judge Ronald Spritzer Spike won WD, BOW, BPIB and 4 points towards his Championship. Later that day he also won BPIG. Spike was handled by his co-owner Ernest Friesen.

Spike had a terrific start to his show career acquiring 2 Best Puppy in SHOW's, 2 Best Puppy in SHOW Specialties (including the Boxer Club of Canada National show under judge David Strachan). He was handled by his co-owner and breeder Burton Hoyt.

Scotia completed her Championship in Grande Style going Winners Bitch under Judge Peter Baynes for 4 points at the Alberta Boxer Club specialty held in conjunction with Edmonton Kennel Club
Puppies
We strive to breed for future show dogs. We only breed to improve the breed and
for ourselves. However, even breeding two champions together are not necessarily
going to produce show dogs or future champions. Many times there are several pet
puppies in a litter. They are good quality but may lack in an area important to a show
dog. Through many years of breeding, a quality breeder can see these imperfections.
When buying a puppy from a quality breeder, you are assured of getting a healthy,
happy, family member. We as breeders, are concerned about finding the perfect home
for each of our puppies. It doesn't matter if they are show puppies or not. We are
concerned about the welfare of the dog. Show dogs are only show dogs for a short while,
then they become someone's beloved pet. That's why it's important that each dog's
personality is matched correctly with it's family.
We occasionally have retired show
dogs for sale to exceptional families.
